Catharsis is the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions. Growing in love and the ability to Love Beyond the faults, fears, and failures of others, including our own requires us to journey into a place that requires intentional heart work. It is a journey for those who refuse to allow the heartbreak and disappointment of relationships to hinder them from loving the more excellent way. This journal is intended for use in conjunction with the book, "Love Beyond: An Open Heart is a Willing Heart", as the reader walks with the writer through her experiences of broken relationships and encounters of healing.
